Our History

PEARL CONCEIT LIMITED (“PEARL”) was established in 2017 by the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The company's corporate office is located at #24 Olu Obasanjo Way, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.

PEARL is set up to carry on the business of Financial Advisory Services, Management Consultancy, Wholesale Trading and Procurement/Supply Services.

PEARL directors and shareholders are men and women of vast experience in the financial, consulting and procurement sectors. PEARL also has professionals in its team that have wide experience in their various specializations.

We are very conscious of the quality, safety and durability of our services coupled with commercial value as well as customer satisfaction. Our services are competitive and we develop proactive and innovative strategies to meet the needs of our client. We strongly believe and operate under the local content philosophy and principle that is aimed at technology development and transfer in Nigeria.

Pearl was setup with a Vision to create an independent service firm that delivers exceptional customer services to clients and this geared us to have a mission to safely deliver responsible solutions by adopting excellent services and efficient workforce driven by technology.

Our People

Ayodele Suberu is the current CEO of our company. He is a consummate Operations Management Professional with a deep passion for efficiency and service excellence. His philosophy is that profitand environmental responsibility can co-exist successfully, and he is continually seeking ways tocontribute to sustainable enterprise.He understands that while an individual can inspire innovation, it takes a team to driveimplementation and execute the dream for tangible results. Therefore, he is always eager to build,integrate into, work with, and lead groups toward attaining the desired objectives.

He is in charge of general management oversight on all portfolio businesses, retains the responsibility for strategy design and implementation, portfolio prowth, portfolio balancing, and portfolio management. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, an M.Sc. in Disaster Risk Management & Development Studies and currently in second-year doctoral degree in Geography and Environmental Management. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Boston (2010) and had over ten years extensive banking experience as Branch Manager at Access Bank Plc, Nigeria and Relationship Officer at Intercontinental Bank plc, Nigeria.
